I was really apprehensive about having surgery abroad even up to the day of my flight because of all the horror stories. I went back and forth with clinics. I liaised with Saad who was honestly brilliant as I honestly was a nightmare with all my questions and going back and forth. Choosing Newest was the best decision I made! As soon as I arrived and met the team all my fears disappeared. Dr Hassan is lovely and so personable and is very clearly experienced in his field. When I arrived everything was explained by Iram who again is very welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless and they were also very accommodating to my friend who travelled with me. I am very happy with the outcome of surgery and highly recommend Dr Hasan!!!

I was accompanied by Naz and driver Farouk to the clinic. The whole experience was a delight. Also a big thank you to Ogi for helping me set up the appointment. Everything was very professional and easy. Naz is a delight, very friendly helpful and speaks excellent English. I felt I was in very good hands. The treatment was very good. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families.
