Eyelid Surgery Antalya Province

Travelled to Antalya in November 2022 for breast augmentation surgery. I travelled on my own and from start to finish was made to feel very welcome and at ease with the whole Catchlife team and was very well looked after. My initial tests when I landed were quick and I was soon checked into my hotel. My coordinator let me know the details for the following day when I was collected and checked into the hospital where I met my surgeon Dr Ogan who advised me on what was possible and I trusted him completely. Mari woke me from my surgery and then I stayed overnight in the hospital and was taken back to my hotel the following morning. Despite the initial discomfort and tightness, I didn’t feel I was in terrible pain although I did have a daily check-up from a very kid nurse to check and change my dressings. I spent a few days relaxing before my final check-up with my surgeon. Catchlife has been totally amazing and this experience has absolutely changed my life. Highly recommend

After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I was over the moon because the surgeon is female, for some this may not matter but personally, this put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, I decided to go ahead and book and I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I feel much more confident and I can drink liters of water without multiple trips to the toilet. Hylia health where very professional and supportive every step of the way, before and after treatment. They arranged transfers to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back. They have a coordinator who spoke extremely good English and was even able to advise on the best places to go out to eat and do fun activities. Now I'm back in the UK they are still in contact with me via what's app and I can contact them anytime if I have any concerns.

I got to reach this clinic through whatclinic and can honestly review from start to finish the experience was amazing with such helpful staff especially Djidda my coordinator who was there for every question before arriving in Turkey, during my stay and even after returning, he went beyond expectations making sure our transfers were perfect, medication was fully given any many more. The no-touch laser treatment was 110% perfect and had such advanced technology, I just had to send my eyesight reports and the Doctor could tell from beforehand if the technique was going to work which was helpful before travelling as my eyesight was so weak I had been turned down from Laser eye surgery from many places. Thank you so much finally after 20 years I get to see without glasses!!

I had a face & neck lift early in October. From start to finish my experience was first class. I'm pleased with the results & I am returning in January for fat transfers. Dr Mak & Ashley are really nice people & so are all of the team & not forgetting Mutlu our driver. Just one very small thing I recommend you take water & drinks to the hospital with you they are not provided. I Would highly recommend.

My New Life. I had both my lenses replaced and now I have a whole new life. Emir Dogan and his team are so professional and caring, from the moment we arrived until the time we left they ensured we were comfortable, happy and well informed. Emir is a talented surgeon and explains every part of the process, which makes the time fly by whilst you're being operated on. His confidence and professionalism is evident from the time you arrive and meet him. My operations only took 20 mins each eye and Emir insisted on staggering them two days apart. He was very careful to make sure I was comfortable in the operating theatre and ensured I wasn't in any pain, he carefully explained each procedure prior to everything he did. As soon as he slid the new lenses into place I could see. Emir asked me to keep my eye patch on overnight and gave me a schedule for my eye drops for the following three weeks. When I took my eye patch off the following morning I could instantly see clearly. I had very little pain the following day and the drops Emir gave me helped to calm the smallest of pain. He has an open and friendly manner and is willing to answer any questions or quell any fears you might have. The clinic is spotlessly clean and super well run. All areas are professionally organised and everyone cares about you and your well being. I had both my lenses changed 3 weeks ago and I have had no issues. Emir told me what to expect and he was spot on, all my medications were provided and the follow ups after my procedures were first class. I thoroughly recommend Emir Dogan and his team. Trifocal Lens Replacement (LASIK) I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I feel so strongly about the hugely positive experience from start to finish. First contact was communicating via WhatsApp with Burak. I could sense straight away how genuine he was from the first few messages and was very informative and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the clinic and again it was evident that he is an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening. We actually ended up having quite a lot in common but he is the type of man that has amazing customer care skills and will ensure all patients are at ease. The customer care from the whole team is absolutely top class from the drivers, all the nurses, the admin staff, obviously Burak and the incredible surgeon Dr Eser Catal. Dr Eser and his team completed the surgery with amazing efficiency and extraordinary skills and I was incredibly relaxed and comfortable the whole time which was not very long. The attention to detail in the theatre was second to none. Absolutely nothing is left to chance and they are incredibly disciplined about cleanliness and procedural rules. Dr Eser is obviously and incredible surgeon but he also has an amazing, caring nature and you feel completely at ease and confident in his care. Immediately after the procedure I wore sun glasses to protect my eyes from the light which is standard. Burak then escorted me from the theatre to the pharmacy next door to organise eye drops and wrote on the boxes a simplified order to apply them 1L and 1R 2L and 2R etc. He escorted me to the waiting VIP transfer waiting and off I went back to my hotel with a pair of glasses in my right hand which were now about as useful as an ashtray on a rollercoaster and in my left hand my mobile phone which I was reading with absolute ease which is absolutely life changing. I was close to tears. Burak with military precision organised a further 2 quick follow up check up appointments and again they check everything is all good. Again, firstly I cannot overemphasise the level of customer care and professionalism I personally received from the whole team. Secondly, the price of this procedure at Orbit is fantastic compared to the UK. It was actually the best priced in Antalya also as I compared various clinics. I organised this around a 2 week family holiday along with some dental work with ease. Thirdly and most importantly, as a 47 year old. man that has worn glasses since I was 16 years old, this has been a life changing experience and I am sitting here reading and wring this review with 20/20 vision.
