Hello everyone I just want to share my experience with Catchlife. I had a gastric sleeve on 2nd August. From my first contact with them they were professional and accommodating. The coordinators were excellent, answering all of my questions completely and putting my mind at rest. Once in the hospital the pre operative tests went smoothly. After the final test of an endoscopy I was asked if I still wanted to proceed. The surgery went smoothly and the coordinator was on hand for any needs that I had. The associate professor who did the procedure visited me a few times to check on me. I 100% recommend Catchlife for your bariatric needs. I was given dietitian paperwork to bring home as well as blood reports.
I had a breast reduction and uplift with Dr MAK. The service from initial interest thru to the visit was absolutely great. They were very quick to respond to questions and give great advice. Once we arrived in Antalya we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hospital for initial tests. My husband stayed with me the whole time at the hospital, we were there 2 nights before going to a hotel of our choice. The surgeon was fantastic, he discussed the operation with me, was there when I woke from surgery and I had 3 further checkups with him and his nurse. From start to finish I couldn’t have been in better hands. From my first enquiry text to the on going support I still have now, I feel very well looked after. Everyone involved, the coordinators, dr, nurses, drivers and hotel staff all made me feel safe, calm and looked after. The hospital itself is very clean and I had my own private room the relax and recover in. The hotel I stayed at was also brilliant and very comfortable. This all made the recovery process much easier. All is going well now I’m home and I’m very happy with the results so far. I would definitely use this company again if I wanted any further procedures.
