I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Me and my friend went to this clinic for surgery, my friend had the bottom of her eye bags removed. I had a facelift and top and bottom eye surgery. The results are fantastic it was very reasonably priced cheaper than England, hospital is lovely and clean and very new looking. The surgeon who did my and my friend's surgery was a very nice man and helped me with what he thought would help with better results. Mac is the gentleman who picks you up from the airport and takes you to the clinic every day, he is a lovely man very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had our surgery on the 8th of January and they still message to see if everything is ok. thank you very much. They are lovely people I would highly recommend this clinic and would go a gain for surgery without a doubt.
