I was very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable doctor who completed my mommy makeover. The results are fantastic. Twelve years ago I had plastic surgery, and the scarring from this new procedure looks 100 times better just 8 weeks post-op. Everything was over in 5 hours. Quality of work done is superb. The doctor was so lovely and he answered all of my questions. He let me know what would happen also prepared me for the level of pain and any other eventualities. I stayed in the Dominican for 16 days (I went for follow-ups while I was there), and when I came back home, I could return to work part-time (I’m a bit of an exception to the rule in this regard!). The best part of this experience was being exposed to the many women who travel to see this doctor. Just being able to witness him change lives, was amazing. Every woman looks different, but he’s able to take their individual needs into account. He’s no cookie cutter doctor. What a skilled professional!

From the moment I researched Dr. Derby I felt that all would be well and I would be safe in his hands! Before arriving I was in constant communication with Vanessa. Her response time was amazing, any questions I asked were throughly answered. Any concern I had was addressed. She is extremely down to earth and approachable. N she’s super cute! When I arrived I was met at the airport by Rafael, he is extremely courteous and punctual but more importantly, he is protective. Being out of the country can be scary, especially when having a life altering procedure, but any place you need to go, he’ll take you and you will feel comfortable. He knows the lay of the land, he’s personable and community oriented! TRUST ME! When we arrived at Dr. Derby’s office we met his receptionist Lady! Her energy is amazing! Such a beautiful and warm spirit from the start. I would venture to say, she knows patients will be nervous and she does what she can to make you feel more at ease. After meeting with Lady, you’ll have a more in depth consultation with Dr. Derby. He will discuss your health, any concerns he has, the results of your labs. He will then take pics and set real expectations for you! Genuine! He’s not out here selling dreams. The day of surgery you’ll see him and his assistant Leidy. Also very attentive and comforting! Following surgery you’ll be cared for by Natalie, she is patient, kind, comforting! Now let’s talk results! My breast look amazing! The skin is healthy, there is no loss in pigmentation. The scar is minimal! Very fine lines that will damn near disappear over time. N these girls are at attention! I haven’t had breasts this perky in years! He outdid himself! His hands are clearly being guided by GOD! I couldn’t be more pleased!

I am living in the Dominican Republic. I had breast implants over 20 years ago. At that time only saline implants were legal in the United States. My right implant was getting smaller over time. I assumed it had a small leak. I needed new implants and a lift. Was 60 at the time of my surgery. I researched online several doctors in my area and Santiago. I live on the North shore for about an hour and a half drive to Santiago. Dr Baez answered all my questions and concerns during my Free consultation. He put my mind at ease. We decided to go with smaller implants at the time of surgery. I agreed to let him decide on size depending on how my body would look after removal of larger ones. He continued to answer all my calls and text messages leading up to surgery. The surgery went good. I stayed overnight in the hospital. I did have a few minor complications with anaesthesia. I chose not to do spinal anaesthesia. I would choose spinal in retrospect. Dr Baez was available 24/7 to answer all my concerns after surgery and throughout my healing process. I love my new implants. I feel they are the best size for my figure. My husband loves them as well. My scars are healed and are barely visible. I would highly recommend Dr Baez. He is very attentive and professional. I guess genuine personal care is what sets him above the rest for me. Thank you so much for a great experience and result.

A very good doctor, he did a tummy tuck and lipo back in 2005. I would like to go back for more lipo.
