Dr. Fernando Francis

I'm a Doctor of Medicine since 2002 , graduated from the Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago (Dominican Republic) . In 2006 , I earned the title of Surgeon General , supported by the same University under the 4-year program developed in the José María Cabral y Baez Hospital (Santiago) . Since 2011 I work as plastic surgeon in Mexico and since 2012 I served as a plastic surgeon in the Dominican Republic , in aesthetic and reconstructive areas. Since my beginnings in medicine I always knew I wanted to be a plastic surgeon, for the reason that this specialty would give me the opportunity to provide social services such as reconstructive surgeon in patients with conditions such as cleft lip and cleft palate, people suffering effects of burns and others who have bodily deformities due to accidents . All conditions that prevent these people their healthy psychological and social development and that can make a big improvement through a suitable program of plastic and reconstructive surgery . Moreover, this career gives me the opportunity to work as a cosmetic surgeon in the development of beauty and cosmetics. I consider essential a responsible care for each of my patients and my purpose is to provide an adequate professional response to their individual needs.
