Here at D´Corpus we use a mammary prosthesis, generally made of silicone, which is always located behind the chest muscle to get a natural and stable result. This way, the prosthesis is not visible. The risk of capsular contracture is nearly eliminated when the implant is placed under the muscle, and the look is much more natural than when it is placed above the muscle. SCAR: From 3 to 4 cm. (1-15 inches) in the lower pariareolar edge.
