On December 13, 2023, I contacted the KEIT clinic via an Instagram sponsorship to request information. Mersedes, a coordinator of the clinic, contacted me immediately, who informed me of all aspects of rhinoseptoplasty, answered my questions and resolved any doubts. Prepared, competent and reassuring, she did her job very well and did much more. His availability was total every day at every hour until my arrival in Tirana on 29 January 2024. Once the date of the surgery had been set (which I asked to do as soon as possible) and the deposit had been paid (via the link to the shop their website), I started to interface with Besiana, the coordinator who provided me with the technical details to arrive prepared on the day of the surgery. She is also very helpful and professional! The kindness of the coordinators was one of the things I appreciated most about this experience. Thanks girls! For those who are not used to travelling, the Keit clinic offers complete packages, so that you really don't have to think about anything. I personally chose to organize the trip independently and I had an equally good time. On the day of my arrival in Tirana I immediately reached the clinic for pre-operative tests. The next morning I met the surgeon who would perform my rhinoseptoplasty, Doctor Claudio del Pero, who examined me and informed me about the surgery procedure. On the day of the operation, before hospitalization, the balance is also paid. In the afternoon I returned for hospitalization and surgery. In my case the clinic also carried out tests that are not routine to make sure that everything was fine and they could carry out the surgery safely. After the operation, which took place in the early evening hours, I spent the night in one of the comfortable rooms of the clinic, with the assistance of the very kind and sweet nurses. The next morning I was discharged with all the information and medications for the post-operative course and I was assigned a personal nurse, Mirela, with whom I could interface both via WhatsApp and personally in the clinic. Mirela was always kind and helpful, she followed me step by step even in the most banal things (which seems absurd, but since it was the first rhinoseptoplasty, someone has to tell her) with a unique sweetness! Thank you sweetie! 3 days after the operation I returned to the clinic to remove tampons and internal stitches, a slightly annoying procedure. After 6 days I went back to remove the plaster and the butterfly plaster, to apply a smaller and more discreet one to wear for a month after the operation (they provide a kit for weekly replacement at home independently). I never felt abandoned, on the contrary, I was looked after from start to finish always impeccably. It couldn't have gone better! I also thank all the people on the Keit team who I didn't mention because I don't remember their names. However, I fondly remember all your faces and smiles. I will never forget your kindness!
