I had my eyelid surgery here on a friend’s recommendation. They offered follow-ups, but I had to return home and couldn’t go for these. For the results and service, the price was great. There was a bit of swelling and it took 2-3 weeks to see the final outcome. One of the things I didn’t like, is that you were clumped with all the other patients in a waiting room. They called out my name when it was my turn and I found this whole process quite bizarre. I would have liked a more private experience. They were mostly able to understand me, though there was a bit of confusion at the front desk. I didn’t like the clinic’s lack of organisation. They didn’t explain certain things. For example, I had to enter through the back door of the hospital instead of the front. Better organisation would be great. This was the only issue I had. The hospital and the surgeon were both fantastic.
I had a neglected (over 2 years due to COVID) permanently bent finger known as ‘Dupuytren's contraction. Dr M was most reassuring and informative with a relaxing, friendly manner. Prognosis, due to the long-standing nature of the condition was given as around an acceptable 75% return to normality - The final result was nearer 100% with minimal scarring. A big thumbs up to Dr M for the whole experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.

The doctors are very patient as they listened to all my fears and answered all my questions efficiently. Furthermore, they delivered what was promised.
