This was my first appointment with Jemma and I found her very kind and professional indeed. The treatment was detailed and thorough and I feel that she has identified the problem. I’ve arranged a second visit in a weeks time and look forward to seeing an improvement by then.

This was my first visit to Back Well Soon after being with another Chiropractor for a number of years - there was a bit of apprehension about whether the treatment would be on the same level and be as effective as my previous practitioner, but I needn't have worried.

Jemma was lovely from the very first contact and very accommodating to my availability. She did a thorough review of my overall health and wellbeing prior to starting any treatment and carried out the treatment itself gently and whilst making sure I was happy before she proceeded.

Will definitely be going back to Jemma should it be required in future and would highly recommend this practice.
