I first used this Chiropractic Clinic over 20 years and met Dr. Mike there when he first started and I got my Life back after years of pain and incapacity. Even though I was under the NHS Orthopedics and used their NHS Physiotherapists who were no help at all, I decided to visit this Clinic and my life was transformed for the better. Having had severe shoulder pain. Doctor prescribed medication and rest..but the pain didn’t get any better. After 7 days decided to try a Chiropractor. Booked in with Emma. First consultation they take a medical history, and first treatment. Second treatment a week later, and I noticed some improvement. She did adjustments to my spine, hips and massage to my shoulder and laser therapy. Will continue, as I feel safe in her hands.

Kristina called me the following day and took some details over the phone, she then offered me a cancellation appointment the following day where I was seen by a lady called Joanne. Joanne was amazing, great consultation, I had some treatment there and then and given follow up exercises to do at home. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Chiropractic is a profession that specialises in the diagnoses, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculo- skeletal system and its effects upon the spinal nerves. It takes five years in full time education to become a chiropractor. At a Consultation you will be welcomed and asked to fill out a brief questionnaire relating to your general health and contact details. After watching a short video you will have a better understanding about chiropractic and how your nerves, spine and joints work and can cause pain. You will be given a tour of the clinic and introduced to your chiropractor. Your chiropractor will consult with you in confidence, asking detailed questions relating to your present complaint, past history and lifestyle. You will have the time to provide him with all relevant information. Your area of complaint, entire spine and posture will be examined thoroughly using neurological, orthopaedic and physical tests. The chiropractor uses specialised palpatory techniques which will note changes in your muscle tone and joint movement patterns. These motion tests are also carried out before each treatment to evaluate your progress. If necessary you will be x-rayed or referred for MRI. Your appointment will be made at this time, usually within a few days. I don't like to rush and it is important to me to get things right. Homeopathy is a gentle system of medicine that works with your body, not against it, stimulating your own ability to heal yourself. Remedies are made from animal, vegetable or mineral sources. After taking a detailed case history, your symptoms are matched to the most appropriate remedy. Even though ten people may have been diagnosed with the "same" condition, ten different remedies may be needed. Homeopathy is a very individualised therapy and no two patients are truly the same.
