The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

Mr Khan and his Team are amazing!! I did a lot of research for my Tummy Tuck, I looked at surgeons nationwide and I even looked at the celebrity; clinic in Turkey. I looked at Mr Khans clinic and decided to contact them. After my initial meeting with Mr Khan I knew I had made the right choice. I had wanted this surgery for many years following 3 C-Sections, it was a life long dream and Mr Khan understood this fully. He instinctively knew the look I was trying to achieve and he was honest and realistic about the results obtainable and he explained everything. I have previously had dentistry work and surgery in India and I needed aftercare but due to the distance I couldn't go, so this was one of the important reasons for staying in the UK for my Tummy Tuck. After the surgery I did develop some issues, typical of me, and the aftercare service I received was phenomenal! I was given high tech equipment and I was seen in the clinic every few days until I was fully recovered. This service is invaluable and I am so grateful I didn't go overseas. The clinic itself, including the wards and the theatre, is clean, modern and welcoming. Even the car parking is easy to use! Mr Khan and his team have changed my life. My dream has come true and I have a wonderful long-awaited tummy and perfect shape. My husband, children and family have noticed the lift this has had on my spirits. I am more active and I enjoy more outdoor activities and I also love being able to wear whatever clothes I like and not be disappointed with my reflection! I cannot thank them enough for what they have given me and I will be forever grateful. Keep up the good work xx

Theresa is in a league of her own, she does my PMU brows and lip fillers and I am over the moon with the results every time I leave the clinic. The clinic is always spotless, the staff are friendly and Theresa herself is super lovely.

From the moment I walked into Dr De Souza’s clinic I knew it was worth the 3-hour journey it had taken me to arrive. David was so kind and attentive offering me refreshments which helped to calm my nerves. Meeting Dr De Souza was so reassuring I instantly felt my face would be in the best possible hands I had the 8 point facelift and the results are wonderful, so natural but so lifted. Dr De Souza made me feel so at ease and explained my procedure every step of the way. I attending Dermaesthetics on two occasions, first it was to get treated for my wrinkles, the Doctor and staff were amazing from greeting me through to the consultation and treatment. I was very pleased with the results as I have an eye for detail and my partner was even happier. I then returned to have some laser hair removal treatment with Alex, again from entry through to treatment it was seamless, natural and more importantly PAIN-FREE. Would highly recommend Dermaesthetics clinic.
