I first found out about Lily Spa when I searched for a sophisticated laser skin rejuvenation treatment. I booked my consultation and was pleasantly surprised to find the staff extremely knowledgeable about a range of options which I could use to achieve my desired level of skin quality and reduce wrinkles. The consultation was so informative that I shifted my views on what I would have done and booked in for a full face thermage treatment. As I type this 3 weeks later I could not be happier with the outcome. My skin has lifted, my wrinkles have radically diminished, skin tone and collagen have improved dramatically and my wife keeps telling me how much younger I look. The outcome was dramatic but subtle enough to not draw stares or notice. I just look better and younger. The treatment itself was painless and diligently applied, with the therapist working closely with me to identify areas of concern and professionally addressing them during the treatment. I contacted him to get a fixed retainer. I have a long history of braces, relapse and retention issues. The doctor expertly diagnosed the issue, explained it in great detail, gave me a lot of time and also followed up on the treatment. The best part was that I could contact him on WhatsApp, ask all my queries and would get a very timely reply. I was quite surprised to get such a great customer service.

I had an extremely huge bust sizing 44DD's and sometimes I would even resort into wearing a 46D just for more comfort. My breast caused me to have several medical health issues, especially relating to my spine and the back pain was intolerable. Dr Patil from the get go was amazing, he was responsive to every single inquiry I had and replied with satisfactory answers, clearly being very dedicated to his profession. Before I made my final decision based on all the quote obtained, he was by far the one who was most active and ease putting to my mind. He explained everything to me diligently and the reviews on other platforms definitely made this easier and did not fail to be the truth. All though from without it would look dodge, the inside of the clinic is sophisticated, clean, neat and the staff is the most professional and sweetest ever. This has really been the most pleasant experience and I was made comfortable at all times and the result 5 months post op has been progressively good.
