I attended Defyne clinic to have plasma treatment. I was really quite nervous but Pinar and the other staff are so friendly I was soon put at ease. Pinar explained the process thoroughly, and the aftercare so there was no hidden surprises. I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment. I would definitely attend again.

I have attended this clinic over the last few years and have always been made to feel so special by Viki, the clinical receptionist. She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated. The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. This has been amazing and following my treatments I have received numerous compliments from friends and family as to how good my skin looks. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special. Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend this practice and I would not go anywhere else for my treatments.

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. I just returned from a visit to the Dermi are Clinic of Dr Ash. The moment I first walked into the clinic reception I found the atmosphere calming with a lovely aroma of essential oils and soothing relaxing spa sounds. Dr Ash was friendly, and professional answering all of my questions regarding skin concerns. Dr Ash discussed my treatment options and clearly explained the procedure. I had the removal of an age wart and treatment of age spots. Dr Ash was always concerned about my comfort during the procedure which, due to Dr Ash's care and support was painless. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.

Delighted with treatment provided by Dr Anthony. Suffered for years with small lumps under eyes. After the consultation was informed they would be easily removed with laser treatment! Had one laser session and once slight bruising and scabs had gone away couldn't believe the difference - amazing no more lumps. Would highly recommend this clinic. Very efficient team.
