I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.

I messaged and inquired about a wart removal procedure, and they were able to reply swiftly, asking for a photo so they can assess and quote the price of the treatment. The quoted price was affordable and ideal, so I made an appointment. The clinic is a tad tiny, but the staff are very polite, patient and kind. I'm very pleased with the results of my treatment, and for the price, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi is a sympathetic professional who followed me through the process from beginning to end. He did not agree with my initial proposal to do a thread-lifting, despite it would have benefited him from an economical perspective, as he felt I didn’t need it and suggested instead a lighter treatment to improve my black eyes. I am fully satisfied with his services and will definitely be back!

I brought my daughter to Dympna with a recurring skin tag that we were unable to get rid of through other treatments. Dympna was so mindful of my daughters nerves and reassured her by explaining everything directly to her, checking that she understood what was going on at all times and was OK. As a mother, entrusting your child's care to somebody else is not always easy, but I felt completely at ease with Dympna and her professional manner. I am happy to say, the process was a complete success, no sign of regrowth or scars. I had spider veins from using steroids on my skin. A lot around my nose and on my cheeks. I hated them for years. Great. No salespeople to try to talk me into something. The doctor was really nice, smart and very honest because they told me all the risks. I went to two other clinics and they said I would be absolutely perfect, but I found it hard to believe them. Dr. Thao said I may have some blister or mild skin redness from treatment and that spider veins may not go away entirely depending on size and depth. They had a good laser from Israel- told me it was US FDA (I checked to confirm) before I went back.) Results are great- no more spider veins. I had redness for half a day, but no blister. I think I look handsome now.
