The results of my sessions have been great! I have had multiple sessions removing facial hair and it has worked great and super improved my self-esteem. Results will obviously be better if you have dark hair like I do and for anyone getting sessions for your face I definitely recommend their numbing cream first before any session, I forgot for my first session and made sure I didn't forget any others. Also very friendly staff and very lenient booking times for reschedules.

She is incredibly professional, warm and knowledgeable, and explains everything from her skincare routine to potential treatments in such detail and with great care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and aims, and gave me very realistic feedback. There was never any hard sell or pressure to make a decision or commit to a course of action, and she was always available for follow up questions and advice. I've been really happy with the treatment I've had (polynucleotides) and the results. The clinic is a lovely space and a bonus is the free and easy parking!
