My journey with Dr Nguyen was quite long. I contacted him on Whatsapp many many times and he always replied in a timely manner and answered all questions I had. I visited his facility for a consultation on 1/06/23 and returned to his facility for my lower eyelid and fat grafting on 7/06/23. He gave me the option of having these procedures at his facility or the hospital. As I had come to trust him and have complete confidence in him and his staff - I chose to have the procedures at his facility. The procedures went very well. His staff was professional and courteous. He made me feel comfortable and confident at all phases of the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results and it has only been 11 days since the surgery. I highly recommend him. Dr Raquel is extremely gentle and made my treatment virtually pain-free. I have seen great results and am very happy with the outcome. Dr Raquel even contacted me the next day to check on how I was doing - this was supplemented with a follow up appointment to check I was happy with the results. I couldn't praise Dr Raquel enough- I would 100% recommend Dr Raquel. I thought I could feel the love and I wasn't wrong!
