Being new to any kind of aesthetic treatment, I went feeling nervous of what to expect, but Jade made me feel so at ease as she is so friendly and just lovely. Everything was explained as she proceeded with each step, along with the aftercare. Jade is really passionate and confident about all the treatments we spoke about and is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns. I had no issues post treatment and I truly believe it’s because Jade is so good at what she does. The salon is very clean and welcoming and the prices are really good compared to other places. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely stay with Jade for any future treatments

I have visited Dr Cei on a few occasions recently whereby I sat in consultation with her looking at what I was hoping to achieve. Her advice and explanation for each procedure was extremely professional whilst maintaining a friendly helpful manner. I am overjoyed with the outcome having had dermal fillers and Profhilo achieving a naturally enhanced appearance. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Cei to friends and anyone who knows me as my trust in her advice and skills are second to none.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

Honestly hand in heart could not recommend this lady highly enough I have hyper mobility Ehlers Danslo which has made the last 5 years beyond difficult . My anxiety has been sky high, self esteem rock bottom and my faith in all professionals non-existent, after years of gaslighting and let downs. She understood completely that local anaesthetics don’t work well on EDS and compensated for this. She’s nothing short of a genius and I’m eternally grateful to her. I’ve been coming to the St John clinic for several years. I’m a very satisfied client and wholeheartedly recommend the clinic to others. I regularly have treatment for the frown lines between my eyes, and am always delighted with the result as it makes me look fresher and bright eyed. Helen also injects filler into the lines around my lips. Using tiny amounts she subtly evens out the lines and brings back a younger lip contour. At each visit she spends time discussing what look I want to achieve. I appreciate her aesthetic eye and professional skill and above all know that, with her, I’m in safe hands.
