Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone at Pinn Dental Practice make going to the dentist a pleasure - well, not quite - but certainly as painless as possible. Thank you.

I was recommended to Harpal and his very professional team by another dentist. I have had very extensive work carried out over the past year, this would include bone grafts and numerous implants. I would like to thank all the members of the Elmfield practice, but a special mention to Josie, Chiv and of course Harpal they have all contributed to making my surgeries and treatments that much easier and the results thus far have been exceptional. I visited Confident Smile to discuss an implant and Alex who is extremely knowledgable recommended I considered a brace for upper and lower teeth including an extraction to straighten the lower teeth for cosmetic and preventative measures as well. I have now had this treatment and an implant in my lower jaw. I am a very nervous patient but at all times I was made to feel calm, relaxed and throughout my dental journey I was put at ease and each procedure was explained in detail prior to the work being carried out. Alex and his team were extremely professional whilst being friendly at the same time. I have now moved to this dentist permanently for check ups and hygiene visits and highly recommend them. The receptionists are also friendly and very helpful.

I had a full body mole check today with Dr. Baljit Johal. He was very kind and reassuring. He was also very good at explaining the process, his findings and recommendations.
