They should avoid going in direct sunlight for at least two days. They should drink plenty of water after the treatment. They should not get any beauty treatments done on their face for at least a week. They should avoid strenuous exercises and lifting heavy objects for at least a month. They should avoid blood thinning medications for a few weeks.  Patients should perform facial exercises for a few hours after the procedure.

I chose London Medical because they were one of the first clinics to respond. I had excessive sweating treatment here, but the results were not that great. I expected more considering they gave me the maximum dosage. I’ll contact them for a follow-up so they can shed some light on the situation. The clinic was fine. I’ll need to speak to them to ask if there’s anything they can do to give me better results. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks before I saw the final outcome, but I’ll check in with them because I’m not satisfied with the progress so far.

The treatment I opted for was Obagi medical blue peel which the practitioner decided would be best for my current skin problem. Aside from the incredibly thorough treatment, the experience of the place as a whole, I would recommend it to anyone. Not only are the staff warm and welcoming but the atmosphere of the clinic - based in the heart of London's Holborn, gives a fresh twist on dated beauty salons. Treatment with B Toxin Type A injections to relax facial wrinkles blocks muscular nerve signals, which then weakens the muscle so it can’t contract resulting in diminished unwanted facial wrinkles. B toxin can be used to help smooth crow’s feet, forehead furrows, frown lines and skin bands on the neck.  At Wellness Studio our Independent Nurse Prescriber is also able to offer facial rejuvenation and facial sculpting by administering B Toxin Type A (Nefertiti Face lift, Brow Lift, Mentails Treatment, Platismal Bands, Gummy Smile, Smokers Fine Lines, Marionette Lines, Upper chest Treatment, etc). I'm so pleased I discovered Laser Life clinic. I had a stubborn spot for ages and was becoming very self-conscious about it. I had tried every spot remedy under the sun to no avail. I made an appointment and was seen by the lovely friendly Lizzie who put me totally at ease. I had an infected cyst which was needle aspirated (didnt hurt a bit) and then treated with a Fractional laser. Even that didnt hurt as much as I thought. The whole process was quick and simple. There was no hard sell or add ons, the price I was quoted was what I paid. I have a follow-up appointment to check my progress. I would highly recommend it.
