The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Medical treatment was phenomenal and very thorough. All staff were professional and friendly and extremely helpful. I was put at ease at every stage and had no fears.

About 1 month ago when I reached Dr.Cem's clinic, I knew I needed surgery, but I was very scared. Zeynep, the coordinator of the clinic, explained every detail to me. Since she has undergone the surgery herself, she can see it from the patient's perspective and tell you the truth. When I decided to have the surgery and arrived at the airport, I realized that I had made the right decision by choosing them. This is the second time I have used NoveMed coming from the UK and once again they were absolutely superb. Following on from my bariatric surgery one year ago I went back to NoveMed to have a mommy makeover procedure. From start to finish they were brilliant, always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and really couldn’t do enough for me. The only issue we had was the first hotel we were placed in was extremely noisy and once I let the team know the next day we were moved. Excellent service. My plastic surgeon was also excellent, went through the procedure in depth with me, explained everything and I felt completely at ease. I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

Hey this is Angie from US, before I came to Turkey, I was nervous about getting this treatment. Whether you get in US or Turkey, the procedure is still risky. But the price difference between two country is considerable. Therefore, I would suggest people to do your homework very well. Do your reasearch and read as much as information to understand the whole process. Firstly, I understand that Turkey has a solid infrastructure in health industry and generally their services are good. But you never know what inside of the orange without peel of. I've choose Clinic Center and found them in google and check out their comments. I was satisfied what I've read and made my decision and got my surgery. Every step was under the control of the clinic. Staff in hospital and the doctor was so helpful. I';m now 5 weeks out and already lost 40lbs. I'm very happy about my decision, I know it will change my life forever. Thanks the clinic center and the staff for everything. Have a good one!

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.

I recently had gastric sleeve surgery at BHT clinic and I had a great experience. From getting picked up from the airport and taken to the hospital, which is like a five star hotel, to the professionalism of the translator, the nurses 24/7 care and the surgeon checking on me every day after the surgery. I really couldn’t fault it. I had my own room with bathroom and I could even take a companion if I wanted to ( they just would have had to pay for their flight). There was food service and they even provided assistance in the airport on my return home. I would definitely recommend it and I am considering it for plastics after I reach my weight goal.
