Jo George

Jo George is an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, who has over 12 years of experience in the health field, and who specialises in gynaecology and male and female infertility. Her qualifications include an MSc Traditional Chinese Medicine (Distinction); BSc (Hons) Acupuncture (2:1); Dip. Clin. Acu (China); Two Post Graduate Dips Chinese Herbal Medicine (Distinction); IIHHT; Dip TTM (Thailand) and Certified Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming (ITS). Her professional Memberships include the British Acupuncture Council (MBAc); and Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM).

In 2007 Jo, received distinction for her Master of Science (MSc) in Chinese Medicine in which she investigated the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine for male infertility treatment; the first of its kind in the UK. For her BSc (Hons) studies she produced another unique piece of research into pre-menstrual syndrome. She has written numerous articles, and over the years has received many testimonials from patients and the National press.
Apart from completing a high level of education in the UK she has trained further in clinical Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at various hospitals in HangZhou, China in 2000 and 2007, and in Australia, focussing again on Gynaecology and Infertility.
