"Electroacupuncture is quite similar to traditional acupuncture in that the same points are stimulated during treatment. As with traditional acupuncture, needles are inserted on specific points along the body. The needles are then attached to a device that generates continuous electric pulses using small clips. These devices are used to adjust the frequency and intensity of the impulse being delivered, depending on the condition being treated. Electroacupuncture uses two needles at time so that the impulses can pass from one needle to the other.

I have had treatments from this acupuncturist/herbalist over the past four years. Her manner welcoming she puts you at your ease immediately as she talks to you, taking notes and asking questions before proceeding with your treatment. I find her competent, intuitive and very knowledgeable about her craft. I always leave with a sense of well-being. She helped with my recovery from open-heart surgery. My experience was excellent.

I would highly recommend Dr John Zhang, I was suffering from a severe neck and back pain for weeks until I saw John. He was able to relieve the pain in 3 sessions of Acupuncture and massage. He was professional, polite and explained to me the whole process and how it all works. This was my first time doing acupuncture and I will be going back next time I have a pain or problem.
