I am from Australia on a 60-day holiday in the UK. The surgery is only 200 metres from my rented unit, so it was the obvious choice for me. I was not disappointed. The Check-in computer interface was easy and relevant. The doctor was pleasant and professional. The service was excellent, medical diagnosis accurate, with a 100% positive prescription. The fee for services rendered was extremely reasonable. I am in my late 70s and it was somewhat comforting to know there is a place that would care for me if my health took a downward turn whilst I am away from home.

I had Labiaplasty 2 weeks ago at Oakdin Clinic and I'm very happy with my results. The procedure was daunting but the nurse was extremely good at calming my nerves. The doctor goes through everything and is very clear, would recommend them. The only thing I wish they offered was a one week or 10-day check up perhaps. 4-5 days after my operation I had a few concerns due to swelling and I would have benefited/perhaps felt better if I had received a follow-up appointment. However, on the other hand, I did have Dr Masood's number, I was able to contact him and he did clear up the worries I had. I'm very happy altogether and it was of very good value. It's a really small intimate clinic which is nice and extremely clean. Everyone is very lovely and sweet, they not intimidating at all. Nurse and receptionists very chatty too. All in all, it is all very good.

Mr Masood is amazing felt comfortable with him from the start and knew I was in safe hands. He is brilliant at his job and very kind to his patients-listens to what you want and definitely can change your life he has mine. Thanks so much.
