Doctor Alberto is one of the best dermatologists in Prague. He has vast experience in treating people with various ethnicity and understands every prospect of skin. From day one he recognized my problem of Folliculitis and Seborrhea Dermatitis and treated accordingly. My dermatitis resolved in just one month and the problem never came back since then. For my acne he prescribed creams and suggested treatment options which took its time, but the results are optimal. Consistency and giving enough time is the key, and is what Dr. Alberto suggested me the day I met him. He is really caring and professional and always acts in the best interest of the patients. Since I am nearing my last treatment from Dr. Alberto, I definitely recommend him and spread the good word around!!!

I brought my daughter to Dympna with a recurring skin tag that we were unable to get rid of through other treatments. Dympna was so mindful of my daughters nerves and reassured her by explaining everything directly to her, checking that she understood what was going on at all times and was OK. As a mother, entrusting your child's care to somebody else is not always easy, but I felt completely at ease with Dympna and her professional manner. I am happy to say, the process was a complete success, no sign of regrowth or scars. I recommend anybody who has a query about anything skin related- to get in touch with her, you will be looked after very well.

Carley was very welcoming and I love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Carley took time to explain what she felt would suit my needs best, but also guided me away from some of my uninformed ideas! I loved that important aftercare information was explained by Carley and also given on a card ( otherwise I wouldn’t remember by the time I left!) Carley also offers a review of treatment after things have settled and is more than happy to give a little top-up, if either you or Carley feels that it’s wanted. Maria Scornavacca, Clinical Supervisor did my treatments. I did not find a speck of dust on all the huge equipment in Maria's treatment room. She used a new face mask both times, was so professional with sanitation, generous with her time and absolutely precise with getting at my numerous skin tags. Maria is par excellence! Minimum treatment charge is C$50 and you can get approx. 5 skin tags burned for that cost. Pain with burning is the same as freezing used by doctors. However, doctors are not trained in cosmetology, they do not have the precise equipment and lighting and they invariably permanently burn surrounding skin (my own experience). Never get a doctor to do this! The heated pen used at medical clinics such as this one needs the tips frequently replaced from stripping due to heat. So you are not only paying for the Clinician's training costs, their time, sanitation, but maintenance of equipment and clinical surroundings too. A lovely bunch of women at this clinic, bubbly and genuinely friendly. Maria is a reserved personality, extremely professional and generous with her time. Most clinics are way too concerned with their time and money and I am not comfortable with that. Maria Scornavacca, Clinical Supervisor, is par excellence!
