The appointment has taken place. I was seen within a couple of days. The staff explained everything carefully and the examination was carried out most competently and professionally. The best news of all is that all is well and no treatment is needed. I will be attending the same clinic again next year for another routine check-up. From the moment I walked in, my first impressions were that I was most definitely in the right place for my treatment. I was met with a smile from Karen, the receptionist who was very polite. I was treated with the utmost of care, professionalism and the procedure was quite painless. (I had a small wart removed). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. I’ve had several different treatments with Dr Brad! Including Treatment for Wrinkles, Profhilo, eye hollow filler and laser treatments for uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation. Dr Brad is a highly professional Doctor and very compassionate. I’m really happy with the results of the laser treatments and it’s given me more confidence! I was impressed by the friendly Harley Street Healthcare clinic and had a same-day consultation and removal. The surgeon and assistant were very patient and did an outstanding job. I had been recommended to Karina @ Resolve clinic from a friend that had Laser Hair Removal. Karina is friendly and professional. I have had unwanted hair on my upper lip for years and its given me really low self-esteem. I had my bikini line done too. The treatment is quick as its only a small area and the laser covers a large area. I've seen really great results which boosted my confidence. After having these treatments I went on to have HIFU for skin tightening around my tummy I am so pleased with the results. It's amazing!! For skin rejuvenation I had a Carbon Facial which is deep exfoliating treatment and my skin looked brighter and fresher afterwards. Resolve clinic has a huge treatment selection too. I'm definitely going back for more. I would highly recommend.
