From start to finish, this experience exceeded all my expectations. When I decided on surgery, I researched diligently a provider that not only offered amazing cosmetic results but whose customer service was first class. The reviews I read in Vanity assured me they were the company I was looking for. I could not have expected the whole process to be as straightforward as it was. Outstanding!! Where do I even start!  Catchlife came recommended to me by a friend who had been the previous year, this really helped in making my decision for my surgery (tummy tuck & liposuction) as there are so many companies in Antalya & Istanbul, how do you make the right choice? Word of mouth is always are great start.  After doing further research I decided to bite the bullet and choose to go with Catchlife.  Veronica my co ordinator from catchlife was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the whole process, she always checked on my progress whilst I was in Antalya and even now when I'm back home in the UK recovering.  From arriving in Turkey everything is taken care of which really eases the nerves, you immediately feel like you in safe hands and relax.  You are picked up by the catchlife chauffeur and taken to all the places you required to go (hotel, hospital appointments, airport) all you have to do is wait to be collected. You're never alone throughout the whole process. In my experience an amazing coordinator called Mari was by my side for all my hospital appointments and even when I went down for surgery and woke up from surgery, It honestly felt like I had friends with me.  My surgeon was Dr. Bahadır Çelik. I'm literally overwhelmed by him, in my consultation he listened to my concerns and to what my expectation was, he then explained how this would be achieved. He put me as ease as soon as he walked in the room as he made me feel he cared and that I was his only ever patient.  After my surgery, I was discharged the next day back to my hotel where I was seen by the extremely lovely nurse Batu! I had all the post op worries but checked on me and he reassured me all was we, Again I immediately felt calm. I'm back in the UK recovering and the support hasn't stopped even now! Doc. Dr Z. Ulas Bali answered all the questions in my mind with patience and made me feel very comfortable about breast up lift and breast augmentation surgery. I had an amazing experience at Dr Unal’s clinic, The consultation was comprehensive the doctor was very informative and the treatment went so well. Dr Unal is highly professional at her job and made me feel in very safe hands, the nurse's team were so kind and helpful. My gynaecologist to go for going forward. Her clinic is all-in-one for me from gynaecological care to gyne consultations and treatments, and she uses very high-quality products like ZO medical skin care and really good quality fillers like Radisse. I am highly impressed by the high standard of work ethics and care, the clinic is situated in an amazing area with a shopping centre and many restaurants nearby that are worth visiting, An additional plus is that the doctor is fluent in English so there are no need for Translator, and the agent on WhatsApp was very helpful in all aspects of information and booking the visit to Clinic via WhatsApp, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Unal, I am in love!! The amazing doctor who I found after a long research. I went for breathing problem and aesthetics. They were very involved with their team. I am very happy with the work that he has done. My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions. When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver. There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed. The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional. So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.

My experience with Time Travel aesthetics was extremely Joyful. If you need a place with people where you can feel safe and secure, this is it. Büşra and the precious and special Nurse are the most caring and supportive Coordinators you can wish for yourself. The consultation was very informative and they always had time for my many questions and concerns. They planned my whole trip from A to Z, I didn't have to worry about anything just my personal items. When it was time to meet Dr. Aşim Uslu, I realised that I made the right decision by going there. Dr. Uslu is a heartwarming decent man, he understood what I wanted and even offered more than I thought was possible. Since I went there for a complete Mommy makeover and arm lift, I knew there would be a lot of discomfort and pain, but those Angels made everything easier for me. They were by my side before going in for the Surgery and were there when I woke up. They visited me more than 3 times daily to check on me and always asked if I needed something and took care of it. Dr Aşim Uslu checked on me daily even after I had been discharged from the Hospital. The gentle care was definitely a huge part of my fast recovery. I don't know how to explain it better than by day 4 after surgery I was already out there cruising the malls and restaurants. Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

Operation date 17.04.2024. VASER liposuction for abdominal, sides and arms plus J Plasma, upper and lower blepharoplasty. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed in Antalya for 10 days. I was picked up from the airport by the patient coordinator and driven to the hospital for my tests, which went smoothly and quickly. Everything was ready for me. From the first moment, I felt like I was among friends. The patient coordinator, apart from being very positive and empathetic, speaks perfect English. After the tests, I was driven to the beautiful seaside hotel. My operation was scheduled for the next day at around 4 p.m. I had time to rest and even pampered myself with a whole-body massage at the hotel. The next day, I was driven to the hospital, where I had a shower in my lovely room and changed into a hospital gown. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. The doctor, Rehber MARŞİL, visited me to do drawings and answer questions. He is so friendly and easy to talk to, and he also speaks good English. I was too excited to ask, but he answered all my questions when I prepared for my surgery, still in England. After a while I was transfered from my bed to the specjal operative bed , tucked in and driven to the operating theater, where all the nurses were so funny and put me at ease. I woke up after a few hours feeling good. We are all afraid of anesthesia, but I had no negative symptoms. It was my third time under anesthesia, and it was definitely the best experience. My first surgery in Turkey and most successful . My patient coordinator Derya , she was with me on the every etap of my yourney , holding my hand before surgery and checking on my after . I stay in the hospital until the next day in the evening. I had all medications given, including painkillers. I was encouraged to walk. I had my bedding changed and emptied my catheters and drains. The nurses were very caring, especially the night shift nurse. She was absolutely amazing, checking on me all the time. I had also 3 delicious meals during my stay. The doctor checked on me, and all went well. I have only one drain left. I had my postoperative corset and sleeves on, which help with swelling. I was driven to the hotel to rest, and Derya instructed me on how to take my painkillers and antibiotics. I also got bromelain and arnica gel. We scheduled a lymphatic drainage massage for the next day. I had them every day until I left. The therapist, Merve, is absolutely amazing. She visited me in my hotel room. I would recommend her to anyone planning to have liposuction. I had 2 doctor controls in the meantime and Derya visited me almost every day plus they had a contact with my therapist. After 5 days, I had my drain removed, and after 8 days, the plasters were removed after my stitchless blepharoplasty. I was shocked by my blepharoplasty result. Though still bruised and swollen, I looked 10 years younger. I wanted to dance, and I excitedly hugged the doctor. The ten days in beautiful Antalya passed by quickly. On the last day, I went to dinner with Derya and Merve to thank them for their amazing hospitality. I also felt like I had made friends for life. They even checked on me stright away after my arrival in London. I'm still swollen as expected after lipo, but I can already say the result will be amazing. I had a botched lipo before in a different country, so I can compare. Please choose your clinic. I made the best decision and I am planning to get back for my dental work soon. Thank you, MaxxCinic.
