Had a Gastric sleeve performed and didn't know what or how will I feel the aftermath. It's important to note the care of the consultant (Damla) who ensured that I was well received and everything must be smooth throughout my stay in Istanbul. Then met Tanya and took me through everything to be done on the day until the operation. Dr Derici did a splendid job and the nutritionist all played their roles with care & how my lifestyle will be like going forward. Two nights spent at the hospital was such a wonderful experience since the nurses did their best to take care of me and even went beyond expectations by translating with phones to ensure I understood what was happening and ensured I was relaxed. In overall, my experience was awesome & worth it!!!

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! From the moment I contacted them they were really professional, they made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions and giving me lots of information. It was so easy to schedule my surgery with them. When me and my wife arrived in Istanbul they picked us up from the airport and bring us to a very nice hotel. The next day I got to meet my surgeon. He was really nice, calming and professional. All of my anxieties were cleared after meeting the surgeon. My wife was able to stay at the hospital with me for the moral support. I wasn't in pain after the surgery. The nurses were checking up on me a lot. The surgeon came to see me after the surgery as well. They gave me detailed information about what to expect after the surgery. Once I came back home Clinic Center's aftercare team contacted me to check up on my recovery. I was about 330lbs before I had the surgery and I lost 42lbs in 6 months which makes me feel amazing. I'm still losing weight and I cannot wait until I reach my ideal weight. I had a rhinoplasty done about 4 years ago and wasn’t happy with my results. So I contacted the vanity team, who gave me lots of help and advice, eventually I booked in with vanity. Had my surgery and I am so pleased with my new nose! The before and after results are amazing. The care from start to finish was 5 stars. Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. From the moment we arrived the service was very good. The driver was there at the airport with a name board. Claudia who was our original contact from our first enquiry, was on the phone as soon as we landed to ensure we were met. The hotel was 20 mins away. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Ayse our guide and translator met us the first morning right on time and escorted us to the hospital. She kept us up to date with appointment times and met with us every morning. The surgeon Professor Demirseren MD was very reassuring and spoke excellent English. His assistant doctor Eren was very good also. He even visited late evening along with Ayse to make sure all was ok and both were contactable at any time. Everything was done for us including collecting my prescriptions to take back. I am so pleased with my surgery and my recovery and would recommend this company and surgeons. If your think of any cosmetic surgery check this company out first.

I came in to Istanbul in February 2022 for rhinoplasty and vaser liposuction. I have done a lot of research beforehand, and at the end I found mayclinik with pleasant reviews, quality care and services and the close and helpful customer support to answer all my questions kindly and quickly. I decided to plan my journey with Mayclinik, everything needed sent to me and considered all my needs and wishes. All I had to do was to book my flights. The organization and the services were outstanding, from pickup from the airport to drives within Istanbul to hospitals, hotels and doctors. Every detail and time sent to me the day before so I knew where to go and when to go. I could always text Busra for my questions or concerns. Both went really well, everything was explained to me, what to take care for and pay attention to. I got tablets, and medication after I was discharged, and hotel nurses instructed me how to use and when to use. The Liposuction was done to my belly and upper and lower back. I met the doctor before the operation and he explained everything and checked if I had any questions. Dr Yusuf was very kind and the hospital where it all took place looked very modern and clean. I stayed in hospital for a night. I had my private room. Nurses were nice and did their best to make everything easier for me. I never really had much pain and slept quite well and the next morning the doctor came in to check and discharged me to go back to my hotel. The doctor was very pleased with the result and mentioned everything that was important to know. My hotel nurse took care of me, visited me in my hotel every day, checked if it was all okay and wether I needed anything: she gave me lymph drainage massage, took care of my wounds and helped me get dressed. Two weeks after the operation everything is healing well and the result is already visible and I am very happy. My body and nose is still swollen and needs to heal, can't wait to see end result. The hotel was very nice and clean, the food in the restaurant on the top floor was very good and the view from there was stunning. The hotel location is convenient too, there are shops, supermarkets, exchange offices, atms, and restaurants. All in all I can highly recommend Mayclinik- good organisation, nice staff, high quality. If there are any concerns, just ask and let them know. Special thanks to Dr Yusuf, my coordinator, my nurses and all staff.

I had a breast lift, implants and rhinoplasty with CatchLife in January. I was originally booked in with another clinic but then I had got in contact with Bathuhan from CatchLife and after speaking to him I changed my provider to catch life. Bathuhan went above and beyond for me in every way. He answered all my questions, gave me advice about travelling to turkey, booked my hotel, all my transport. I'm a nurse in Ireland so I was nervous about the quality of care before I left, my worries were out at ease once I seen the hospital and met the staff. Bathuan organised my pick up from the airport, checked on me when I arrived, organised all my tests in the hospital for the following day and the travel to get to and from. Batuhan visited me every day post op to change my dressing and check on my welfare. His standard of care could not be faulted from his bedside manner to infection prevention and control he made me feel safe and really took care of me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better co ordinator. I forgot my toothpaste going to the hospital and Batuhan organised for someone to bring me some. I couldn't be more grateful for the quality of care and love my results. My only regret is not getting the surgery sooner.

I had my surgery on January 16th 2023 and I can honestly say the care I received was 10/10. From the minute I arrived in Turkey to the minute I left I was looked after extremely well. Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! The hospital is very clean and organized! And don't forget my lovely German translator (Hülya), who is always ready to help with whatever is needed! Thank you all.

I have 127 kilos before surgery on October 19th, and now I have 95 kilos. I'm very happy since my surgery. 1 word amazing. Became friends with the beautiful Sezin over a period of 2 years due to covid I waited so long for my surgery. From start to finish Dr Metin Kernadiz and Sezin and his team were behind me 1 hundred percent checking in see how I was, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I had VSG with Clinichub on the 12/10/2020 and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the service I received from Clinichub. From the time I was picked up from the airport to surgery day I felt like I was in safe hands and if I had any questions; I always had someone to clarify things for me. Currently my dietician communicates with me on a daily basis and checks up on what I’m eating and how I’m feeling. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.
